Payment Terms

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist you with any warranty claims during the coverage period. Normal wear and tear, damage from weather events, or improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.

Liability Limitations

YourWay Muncie Fence Builders maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, property damage resulting from inaccurate boundary information, or delays caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided for your project.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and any materials already ordered. Once work has started, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if payment terms are not met or if site conditions make it unsafe to proceed.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
